How does the 7-day free trial work?
Lite and Plus start with 7 days of full Plus access. Billing begins on day 8; cancel before then and you are not charged. Lite then continues as Lite, Plus as Plus. The Free plan has no trial and requires no card. One trial per account.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
How does my content hub work?
With the Plus plan, you can save any content you create for future use, add tags for easy searching, and quickly reload saved content into the Sheet Builder with different student settings. This saves time when creating sheets for multiple students or reusing the same passage with different sheet types.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, and your data will be safely stored for 90 days in case you change your mind.
